Khadijat Busola Amolegbe studies food security, poverty, labor markets, agricultural development and development economics. She has served as a research fellow at International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and was a visiting fellow at Cornell University in the Structural Transformation of African Agriculture and Rural Spaces (STAARS) fellowship program. She earned her Ph.D. in agricultural economics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
